RETURN POLICY
We make every effort to provide quality veils with out flaw. Nevertheless, this is an imperfect world and try as we might to never make a mistake, we do! Of course, we hope you do not have to return your veil and enjoy all the products we have, however, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return it for a refund within 45 days of receiving the item.
All returns must be in New, Unused condition and returned to us prepaid in the original factory condition, including all accessories, if applicable. If you are returning an item that was purchased with Free Shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the original purchase price upon return.
The following items are NOT returnable:
* Special order items
* Close-outs.
All return items require a Return Merchandise Authorization. (RMA) Please email us for. Your returned item will be inspected prior to any refund. Shipping charges will not be refunded unless the item is defective.
Please carefully pack your returned items and ship them via UPS, FEDEX or USPS or any other trackable method.
If you order an item and then decide you do not want the item, it is your responsibility to return the purchase to us prepaid. Refusing delivery does not constitute a waiver of your responsibility and the return shipping charges will be deducted from any refund.
Packing & Sending Your Return
You can pack and send your return to us in just a few simple steps.
Pack the items along with the packing slip securely in a box or package. You can use the packaging the item(s) arrived in or other packaging, if you prefer.

Take the package to a post office or shipping center. If the return is not the result of our error, the shipping cost of the returned item will be your responsibility.
